Terms & Conditions — ake444 Platform Rules and User Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the ake444 platform ("the Platform"), whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other access method, you ("the User") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("the Agreement"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ake444 with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. ake444 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision took effect.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with ake444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to use online betting and casino services in your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform by ake444 or through a self-exclusion request.
5. You are not registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme that applies to online gambling platforms operating in or accessible from Bangladesh.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

ake444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification review.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the ake444 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, a different device, or through the use of a VPN or proxy service — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify ake444 promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ake444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

ake444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method before withdrawals are approved. Standard verification documents accepted include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence, together with a utility bill or bank statement not older than three months.

ake444 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotional offers (including offers tied to the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournament schedules). All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

General bonus terms that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for immediate withdrawal.
• Standard wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 10 times before the bonus balance and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering contributions: sports bets contribute 100% to the wagering requirement; live casino games contribute 20%; slots contribute 100%; virtual sports contribute 50%. Some game types may be excluded entirely — refer to the specific promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other active bonus unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using a VPN to claim geo-restricted offers, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear a bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• ake444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the ake444 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the market or game in question, as published on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, ake444's decision on the settlement of any bet or game outcome is final and binding.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ake444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if ake444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ake444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance periods, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is typically carried out between 02:00 and 05:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

ake444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if:

• We reasonably suspect a breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• We are required to do so to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.
• We have reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
• We identify that the account is a duplicate of an existing account held by the same individual.

In the event of account suspension, ake444 will retain any funds in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part. You will be notified of the outcome by email to your registered address.

Your use of the ake444 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, and your rights in relation to that data. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy in full. You can access it at any time via the link in the footer of every page on the Platform.

By registering an account with ake444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You further consent to receiving transactional communications from ake444, including deposit and withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and account verification requests. Promotional communications are subject to your individual marketing preferences, which you may update at any time by contacting [email protected].

ake444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ake444, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], marked clearly as a formal complaint. ake444 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of acknowledgment. The decision of ake444 on any betting dispute, game outcome, or platform-related matter is final, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
